- Fail to settle their account (including mini bar items and other omissions
- Smoke or have animals in the rooms
- Room degradation (such as vomit, bodily waste, drugs)
- General damage to motel property, furniture, carpets, fittings and fixtures
- All non standard cleaning charges
- Any problem sufficient to result in a room being withdrawn from its availability to be let
